Travellers Assistance Services of Toronto is a volunteer driven Not-for-Profit Corporation incorporated in 2003. Travellers Assistance Services of Toronto, took over the exclusive management and ownership of the three booth locations (Toronto Pearson Airport Terminal # 1, Toronto Pearson Airport Terminal #3 and Toronto Coach Terminal) from Travellers' Aid Society April 1, 2012.  We provide a much needed base of community and travel information, including assistance in obtaining last-minute accommodation. We also provide assistance for in-transit travel crisis situations.  Services provided at the airport locations include, working in conjunction with Immigration, Canadian Red Cross, and Peel Police Services.
