
- Volunteer Opportunities:
- If you are interested in applying for one of the volunteer positions listed below, please complete the downloadable volunteer application form or EMAIL US and we will send a hard copy of the application form.
- Booth Volunteers:
- Each of our four Assistance/Information Booths located at Toronto's International Airport; Toronto Coach Terminal; and at Union Station are manned from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm, everyday by volunteers. Each shift is for either 3 or 4 hours in duration (am, pm, or evening). Good working knowledge of the GTA Area, its Attractions and Hospitality Services are required as well as excellent people skills.
- Training:
- On the job training is provided by working along side other experienced volunteers, as well as ongoing specialized information training sessions and on site visits.
- Time Commitment:
- A commitment of at least one shift every week.
- Security Clearance:
- Volunteers who wish to be considered for work at the Airport, have to be either a Canadian Citizen or a Landed Immigrant and must apply and be accepted for Security Clearance by Transport Canada. There is no charge for this clearance or pass.
